Hello Everyone! We are hosting a two-week sketch challenge at
Paper Craft Crew this week. For each new catalog, our Running with Scissors Stampers team members pick a new stamp set to feature on a swap card, and this is mine for our Annual Catalog mail-in swap.
I'm really enjoying the new wide Water Painter to create a quick waterbrushed background. It did warp the card stock a bit, so I placed it inside a large dictionary to flatten. Still not happy, I actually ironed the card stock between some copy paper sheets. Have you ever done that?
The
Comfort & Hope stamp set has a lovely collage feel, but I do struggle with ideas when I look at the images. Luckily there's lots of inspiration out there. Today's card is a CASE of one by Charlet Mallett, a little bit of shifting here and there to match this week's sketch.
