Spooky Sweets Coffin Crisps

While in Canada, I picked up a box of "Coffin Crisp".  They seriously had some really cute play on words for Halloween candy!

This got me thinking about little coffin-shaped favors, and a shoebox swap this weekend is finally forcing me to get it to paper.

Directions:
  • Cut out two coffins shapes and two extra tabs using the Takeout Thinlits Dies (see photo below).
  • Trim bottom of coffin shape to retain 1/4" tab at bottom.
  • Stamp front of coffin.  Stamp/emboss the moon.  Stamp the clouds in craft ink and heat set.
  • Line up front and back coffin pieces and punch a hole at the top.
  • Attach the extra tabs on the inside of coffin pieces (on side without tabs).  Assemble coffin, add baker's twine, include a chocolate candy.

Stamps: Spooky Sweets; Paper: Smoky Slate; Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, Whisper White Craft, Versamark; Accessories: Halloween Night Baker's Twine, White & Orange Embossing Powder, 1/8" Circle Punch, Takeout Thinlits Dies, Big Shot, e-cutter, Dimensionals.
