Looking at the blue round card base reminding me of a vinyl album. And the envelope paper is perfect for the sleeve of the album.
Using a heat gun, I disassembled the envelope and scored to create one 4-1/4" wide. Then trimming the top to make it 4-1/4" square.
You could use the "you make me oh so very happy" sentiment to refer to the old rock song from Blood, Sweat & Tears (and I've had that song in my head for days). I pulled out the clearance rack set Bombs Away Birthday for the classic rock sentiment. I also used a stylus and Circles Collection Framelits to make score lines in the record.
