June 2018 PP: Broadway Star

Hello Paper Pumpkin Fans!  I just love the vibrant colors in the Broadway Bound suite, so I'm super happy to get to play with them in June's Paper Pumpkin kit.

I put together a quick alternative card, only adding a Basic Black card base and Stitched Shapes framelit die-cut from one of the white banner stickers from the kit.

Inside I used a piece of an envelope for a writing insert.

May 2018 PP: Manly Moments

Hello Paper Pumpkin Fans!  How fun are the manly cards this month?  I just love the mountain and trees scene.  And it's always good to have some masculine cards on hand when you are stumped.

The badge reminded me of a National Park Service badge, so what's better than a wilderness scene on the badge??  Gives the card such a great "cabin in the woods" kind of feel.

Stamps: Labeler Alphabet; Paper: Mossy Meadow, Whisper White; Accessories: 1/8" Black Cord, May 2018 Manly Moments Paper Pumpkin Kit, Banner Punch, Banner Triple Punch.

Mar 2018 PP: May Good Things Grow

Hello Paper Pumpkin Fans!  This month's kit has lots of pieces and parts to it, and I love taking those and making a bit simpler (and easier!) notecard.  I think it's the clean, efficient, neat part in me.

I love a "no sentiment" card that can be used for many purposes. I paired the card with a retired Crumb Cake envelope.

Feb 2018 PP: Wildflower Wishes

Hello Paper Pumpkin fans!  Ah, does the wildflowers in February's kit have you looking forward to warmer weather?  Me too!  The Garden Green and Sahara Sand color combo in this kit reminded me of the current Sunday Stamps color challenge.  I altered the original design slightly to fit into this challenge.

In order to have a sturdy focal panel, I traced the tag shape on Garden Green CS and trimmed a slightly smaller shape.

Happy birthday to us! March 2018 is Paper Pumpkin’s 5th anniversary.

Not only are we celebrating five years of creating and sharing together, but we also want to say thank you to all of our demonstrators and customers who have helped us reach this great milestone. And what better way to do that than with a March kit which includes a fantastic, FREE gift and a specially designed, one-of-a-kind box? This kit is gorgeous, collectible, and is almost sure to go down in Paper Pumpkin history as an all-time customer favorite!

Not a subscriber and want in on the FREE gift and celebration?  Make sure to sign up (link at bottom) by March 10.

Jan 2018 PP: Heartfelt Love Notes

Hello Paper Pumpkin fans!  For the past few years, I've used the January Paper Pumpkin kits for my kiddo's school Valentine's.  This year will be the same, although I'm a little sad this is her last year of grade school.  **Sniff**  With this morning's snow delay, Missy and I put together a stack of treats for her class.  We don't have quite enough treats with one kit; refill kits are available.  For us, we have extras from previous kits, so we'll be digging through those to round out the numbers.

Dec 2017 PP: Flora and Flutter

Hello Paper Pumpkin fans!  It's downright cold in the Northeast!  I need to bring a little spring-like feel into the house.  Using a couple cards from December's Flora and Flutter kit, I created a votive candle holder for my flameless candle.  Berry Burst gives a lovely pop of color.

Paper Pumpkin Gurus: Back in Plaid Tutorials

Hello Paper Pumpkin fans!  Did you see the Facebook live posts with inspiration combining both October and November coordinating kits?  Go to the Paper Pumpkin Facebook page and scroll down a bit.  There are two video posts.  Lots of fun!

The Paper Pumpkin Gurus & I have exclusive inspiration as well.  I thought I would try to use the stocking fabric to create a mitten bag to hold some treats.

So if you miss handing these treats out in December, don't fear!  You can use the cute plaid-cuffed mitten and "let it snow" sentiment for a winter-themed post-holiday treat!
