Jeanna has used the Stampin' Up catalog for inspiration to this week's MDS Monday layout. Unfortunately Stampin' Up didn't release this year's Sale-a-bration offerings in digital form. How far will one go to be able to recreate a fun page in the catalog?
I love to recreate a traditional page digitally, and I will admit it was driving me nuts that I couldn't play with a digital version of the Best Year Ever DSP. Layout on page 5 of the Sale-a-bration catalog? Challenge accepted! I scanned the DSP. Nuts, right? After quite a while adjusting the colors in Photoshop, I was able to create this page.
Did you know you could use digital downloads from other companies in MDS? The gold heart is a digital paper download I grabbed off Etsy.
MDS Elements: A Year Celebrated 2014 - heart, Love This - triangle small, Joyful Times - flower 3, Best Year Ever DSP (scanned), PaperElement Golden Textures digital download, Crushed Curry - button, Bermuda Bay - button,Whisper White - Stitching Straight; Font: Mixtape Mike, Traveling Typewriter.

Oh Wow! Very clever scanning in the DSP and using it on your page (I will definitely do that the next time I don't have the paper digitally). Your page is cute, as is your photo!
Heidi, are the stamp looking items also scanned paper? (Above and below the main grouping of papers/photo) Whatever you did, it looks great!
