Introducing the MDS Monday Challenge!

Oh man, what a Monday!!  Welcome to our first MDS Monday challenge!  I have fallen in love with digital scrapping.  What a great way to create for the lazy stamper!!  ;)  No, really, I don't print out photos very often.  Digital creating has saved my daughter from being stuck in the computer forever!  I have created three photobooks so far, and used MDS for Christmas cards the past three years.  I create and share something unique and send along a photo of the family at the same time.  A win in my book!

I love participating in on-line challenges, especially to get my scrappy page layouts going.  I am nervous about my scrapping abilities, because I am not very well practiced.  Challenges are a great way to hone your skills while also getting your pages done.

So I created the sketch for week's challenge.  I am really loving layouts with one or two photos and a bunch of white space lately.

I ended up flipping the sketch for my page because of the layout of the photo.  I think it looks pretty good for a cell phone shot.
