Tag, You're It!

Tonight is club - yay! I love creating and sharing projects with my club ladies. One of the projects is to create some holiday tags.

I chose this first tag to highlight the blemooching technique by Holly E., a Workshop WOW at Baltimore Regionals.

It also uses glass glitter, waffle paper, White Frost shimmer paint mist (what I used for the blemooching technique), and Vanilla Shimmer Smooch Spritz.

The snowflakes were shimmery, but I went a little crazy and drown them out with the smooch spritz. Oops! It's nice when I mess up since club members' projects will always look better than mine! Is too much bling possible?

Stamps: Serene Snowflakes, Holidays & Wishes; Paper: Crumb Cake, Very Vanilla; Ink: Not Quite Navy; Accessories: Bleach, Silver glass glitter, White Frost shimmer paint, Vanilla Shimmer Smooch Spritz, Sponge, Decorative Label punch, Waffle Paper assortment I, Chocolate Chip grosgrain ribbon, Dimensionals.

The left tag was inspired by Cheryl. The Deck the Halls DSP and a bit of lace makes a tag look so fancy and elegant, without much effort at all! I used the same layout for the right tag.

Stamps: Tags Til Christmas, A Wish For Peace; Paper: Crumb Cake, Very Vanilla, Deck the Halls DSP; Ink: Always Artichoke, Cherry Cobbler, So Saffron, Soft Suede; Accessories: Aquapainter, Chantilly lace, Artichoke seam binding, Hemp twine, Waffle Paper assortment I, Decorative Label punch, Wide Oval punch, Table Setting die, Big Shot, Dimensionals.

The Tags Til Christmas bundle is part of the ABCs of the Perfect Handmade Holiday promotion, running through December 16. Purchase the Tags Til Christmas stamp set and coordinating punch for 20% off, $31.92 clear-mount or $38.32 wood-mount.

And here are some more tag samples using the special bundle.

Thanks for stopping by!

I have to say that these tags are just too pretty to put on a package. They should BE the package and the gift!
