SSC223 New Year's Blossoms

Hi All!  Welcome to our next Sunday Stamps color challenge.  Chinese New Year commenced on January 25, and according to the interwebz, "The cherry and plum blossoms have a special significance to the Chinese. The trees are the first to bloom even as snow is melting after a harsh winter. They represent the promise of spring and a renewal of life."1

My card has both Real Red and Basic Black, as a nod to the Chinese New Year, and this is also a clean & simple card to put together for our downline meeting this month.  I pulled in Come Sail Away DSP to simulate a blue sky background (I love that this masculine paper worked pretty well).

Here's this week's colors; use a minimum of 3 colors and a neutral of your choice.  This card uses Freshly Made Sketches #417.

Stamps: Forever Blossoms; Paper: Real Red, Basic Black, Whisper White, Come Sail Away DSP; Ink: Blushing Bride, Calypso Coral, Old Olive, Basic Black, Versamark; Accessories: Rhinestone Jewels, White Embossing Powder, Aquapainter, e-cutter.
