Here is a tea bag holder card we made for Stamp Club using the Occasions mini set
A Nice Cuppa and matching
Cups & Kettle framelits.
For the saucer, I sketched the oval using the second smallest oval of the Oval Collection framelits.

Here's a short outline of instructions -
- Score a 3-1/2 x 10-1/2" piece of card stock at 3-1/2 and 7".
- Cut the last panel diagonally.
- Decorate as desired. Use vellum for the tea bag.
- Run the ribbon under the popped-up front panel and tie.
