The deer head is a stamp image, but how did I fill it with glimmer paper? I used a stamp-to-punch technique, shown in a video by Marti Crapo. It is a straight-forward copy-and-paste technique, as long as your stamp image is in .svg format. I did the same thing for the "2013" embellishment, filling it with textured card stock.
