Here's your Mashup Challenge:
- Create a project with the "Sketch."
- Create a project with a "School theme (Books, pencils, rulers, numbers etc."
- Or Mash it Up and create a "School themed project using the above Sketch. "
I cracked open the Thankful Tablescape Simply Created kit, and it was staring at me. Little Missy and I tried the Chalk marker on the chalkboard pieces, which are covered with a waxy film. What fun! The marker just stands out against the chalkboard. Seems like a perfect item for a back-to-school project.
All the patterned papers come from the Thankful Tablescape kit, as well as the chalkboard piece, marker, and the grayish linen thread. The only drawback is that I had to hand-write on my project. Blech!
Stamps: Woodgrain BG; Paper: Soft Suede, Baked Brown Sugar, Sahara Sand, Basic Black, Very Vanilla, Whisper White; Ink: Early Espresso; Accessories: Thankful Tablescape Simply Created kit, Owl builder punch, Slot punch, Scallop Circle punch, Corner Rounder punch, Dimensionals.
Thanks for stopping by!

Your handwriting looks fine! I think your card is really cute and I like the handwriting on the chalkboard, I think it's more school "authentic" that way ;)
That owl is just adorable Heidi, and the perfect accent to the great blackboard and sentiment!
Have you seen the Geico commercial with the owls? Now I have that stuck in my head after looking at your owl LOL
