FM121 Happy Circles

This Friday Mashup challenge has Erica written all over it, Polka Dots and "Happy".

Here's your Mashup Challenge:

1. Create a project with "Polka Dots ".
2. Create a project using "the Word Happy".
3. Or Mash it Up and create a project "with Polka Dots & The Word Happy on it ".

I grabbed the color combo from the Dare To Get Dirty challenge DTGD13karengiron.  The layout is from CAS(E) this Sketch #37.

Some carefully placed rhinestones to cover up some sponging errors.  ;)
