MDSM23 Layover in Japan

Tara's got another page sketch for us at MDS Monday.

I made a two-page layout to continue the story of the layover in Japan, on our way to Taiwan last year.

We were jetlagged, tired, hungry, and without our luggage.  There was only one flight per day from Japan to Taiwan, so we were waiting for another 24 hours.  So what are you going to do?

The hotel kept feeding us, gave us kimonos, slippers, toothbrushes, and tea in the room.  It stopped raining after a while, so we went for a walk down the street to check out some rice fields and bamboo trees.  It was actually quite a lovely way to get a jump-start on recovering from jet lag.

My page corners looked a little bare without splatter, so I went back and added that on the second page, but didn't update the whole spread.  Hope that's ok!

Thanks for stopping by!
