I was flipping through some challenges to help inspire me to make a quick birthday card. I really love color splash challenges, and I had to play along with my buddy Jen's sketch. Way back, I had to have to the Queen Anne's lace images in
Summer Silhouettes, and I have yet to use it. Silly me!
I used a background stamp from the Sale-a-bration set
Madison Avenue for the... wait for it... background. Shocking, I know. Don't forget, Sale-a-bration ends on Friday! Grab yours before it's gone.
Stamps: Summer Silhouettes, Madison Avenue; Paper: Calypso Coral, Sahara Sand, Whisper White, Twitterpated DSP; Ink: Calypso Coral, Sahara Sand; Accessories: Calypso Coral baker's twine, SAB Sycamore Street button.
Thanks for stopping by!

I like how you modified the sketch to make it vertical, and nice job using the stamp for the bottom layer from the sketch. Cute, cute!

Gorgeous card!! I love your take on both the sketch and color challenge. I did the same combo and totally forgot to post it so I will miss the deadline by the time I get home!
