I thought a glitter window would provide plenty of sparkle.
A few die-cut snowflakes and added touches. I used the Sticky Pages to get glitter all over my main image.
Take One: When I was flipping through the Holiday catalog, I saw the set Affection Collection. My daughter loves this set, so I tried to channel my inner tween (or 5-year-old going on tween) to create a card with lots of pink and glitter.
I couldn't get myself to pull out lots of loose glitter when I've cleaned the house for class that night, so I went with some retired specialty patterned paper with embedded glitter and glimmer paper. We'll see if Little Missy approves. I think she'll like the 3-D flying wings. ETA: She said, "That is beautiful!" :)
Stamps: Affection Collection; Paper: Pink Pirouette, Basic Gray, Very Vanilla, Sending Love DSP, Love Impressions DSP, Cherry Cobbler Glimmer; Ink: Real Red, Basic Gray; Accessories: Real Red taffeta ribbon, Small Heart punch, Sewing machine, Thread, Stapler, Dimensionals.
Thanks for stopping by!

I'm with you, Heidi...I rarely use Dazzling Diamonds, but I do love the Glimmer Papers and Dazzling Details liquid glitter...no mess! I love the tag, the house image reminds me of Vermont. And...the pink Affection card is beautiful! Great job with the SUO Challenge!
You did channel your inner tween. Great use of that set (I really struggle with it)! Love, love that tag. Stunning!
I'm a total glitter phobe! However I do like the glimmer paper and dazzling details. Love the affection collection card the best!
*Sigh* That tag is so beautiful, Heidi. Love the Window Frame Framelits window, and all the snowflakes. I know it really is dazzling IRL! I was wondering what happened to the first card when it disappeared from the SUO photo uploads. Love it, too!
Your dazzling diamonds house reminds me of the movie Dr. Shivago..really.Beautiful.
Both are Fantabulous!! The dazzling diamonds really sets them off!!
I love the dazzling diamonds - but I can never bring myself to cover a whole area as you did! I am going to have to try it before this Christmas season is over!
