"Ding dong, the witch is dead!" I've been wanting to make a Wizard of Oz ATC for a while now. I started a prototype a while ago, but put it aside. With Halloween renewing my interest in the witches boots, I revisited it.
My daughter is starting to become familiar with the Wizard of Oz, so this is a fun one for her too. You don't realize how many references we make from this iconic movie, until my husband, who is Dutch, doesn't understand my Oz quotes.

Some details include a yellow brick road background, ruby red slippers, old farm house on top of the Wicked Witch of the East, and of course Dorothy and Toto. I only added a couple embellishments from my original prototype. Hopefully all the fussy cutting will give this ATC a thumbs up with my fellow Syracuse swappers. I was hoping these wouldn't be too complicated, as I've got to make 24 of these. :/
Stamps: Wicked Cool, Home is Where the Haunt Is, Things I Love, Homemade Brick BG; Paper: Wild Wasabi, Pretty in Pink, Soft Suede, Very Vanilla, Whisper White; Ink: Daffodil Delight, Black Stazon, Versamark; Accessories: Rhinestone jewel, Mini brad, White embossing powder, Red embossing powder, Internet image.
Thanks for stopping by!
