Adorable Turkey Decor

November's issue of Paper Crafters Sampler was just published, and inside I found the cutest little 3-D turkey, perfect for little table place cards. My daughter and I have been discussing that we don't have any turkey stamps to mark Thanksgiving on the calendar. We were kinda lacking in the Thanksgiving decorating department, and she is totally into decorating... like she was looking for Thanksgiving decorations to put up two minutes after Halloween. This was a perfect project; we needed to make our own immediately.

We used the Elements of Style set for the background pattern, and Spice Cake DSP for the feathers.

Now Mr. Turkey has run off to whatever tabletop or window sill Little Missy has decided needs decorating today.

If you would like to get this template and instructions for yourself, head over to Paper Crafters Sampler, and sign up for the November issue. Please use code PCSHB so Melanie knows I sent ya. :)

Thanks for stopping by!

He came out so cute! I think the embossing looks so much better here...much bolder.
