Happy Mother's Day

As Hallmark likes to remind fellas, don't forget your mother this weekend! Me? I usually pick activities with the kiddo that my husband would normally not agree to attend. This Sunday we are taking my daughter to ride the Thomas the Tank Engine train. Should be fun! And she doesn't know about it. Of course there will still be time to squeeze in a bike ride...

Here's a card I created for my mother. (Mom, if you see this, it will be waiting for you when you get home!)

This card uses the Awash with Flowers set from the upcoming main catalog, which my mom earned last month and is letting me "borrow". This card is almost a complete CASE of one by Lisa Young (genesis). I needed to practice my Copic marker coloring for a class I am taking, but I have to say I much prefer the watercoloring she did!
