SSC261 Nessie Birthday

Happy Sunday, and welcome to another Sunday Stamps color challenge!  This week's colors are reminiscent of a nautical theme.

I've fashioned my card after a sample on the Lawn Fawn website, changing up the colors and adding some patterned paper.

This is part of a little birthday present ensemble.  It was challenging to stamp on vellum, and I sealed the ink of the sentiment with clear embossing powder.
