SSC250 Monochromatic Winter Woods

Hi and welcome to the next Sunday Stamps sketch challenge.  This week it snowed here in Upstate New York for 36 hours straight, so winter card inspiration was a no-brainer.

This card is a little bit of a twist on the Split Negative technique, and monochromatic is always a good choice for a masculine or subdued sympathy card.

Here's a peek in what it looked like outside while I crafted.  Can you spot the horse?

Here is this week's sketch by Lisa; hope you'll join us!

Stamps: Winter Woods, Itty Bitty Greetings; Paper: Blackberry Bliss, Whisper White, Oh So Ombre DSP; Ink: Blackberry Bliss, Versamark; Accessories: Flowers for Every Season Gems, White Embossing Powder, In the Woods Dies, Die-Cutting Machine.

I love how this turned out Heidi, the silver embossing looks stunning! Great color choice for a sympathy card too.
