SSC240 Remembering RBG

Hi Everyone, It's a somber weekend with the passing of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg.  Such an American icon.  A quiet, depressed tone has fallen over the household.  I pray God will watch over us in the fierce political days to follow.

I had no card ready for this week's Sunday Stamps challenge, but with RBG on my mind, this one came together easily.  The main image was printed and cut with the Silhouette Cameo.

Here's this week's sketch by Heather.

Stamps: Spec-tacular; Paper: Petal Pink, Basic Gray, Basic Black, Whisper White, Peony Garden DSP; Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black; Accessories: Pearl Jewels, 2-1/2" Circle Punch, e-cutter, Dimensionals.

What an honorable card for a spectacular woman. Her legacy will be felt long after another justice is chosen. Such a trailblazer in a small package. Great way to honor her. Thank you.

It was crushing to the fullest to learn RBG passed, and your card is an absolutely fabulous tribute to her. Love that sentiment, it's very fitting since she was just the 2nd woman to become a Supreme Court Justice. Beautifully done, Heidi!

Wonderful card to honor Ruth. It made me smile when I saw it on DT. Hope you are getting to relax a bit from farm activities and take care of yourself. Hugs.
