The Stamp Review Crew: Timeless Tulips
Welcome to another Stamp Crew Review Blog Hop! We share our take on a selected stamp set every first and third Monday of the month. This week's hop focuses on another Jan-Jun Mini Catalog set, Timeless Tulips, which has a coordinating Tulip Builder punch. If you are following the hop in order, you have just arrived from the blog of the very talented Jay Soriano.
I had wanted to do something different with this set, so I created a bouquet of tulips. I was inspired by a couple of Facebook posts with flowers (tulips specifically) being anonymously dropped off at several of my friends' houses. What a great gesture!
I used a paper bag to cut the paper to wrap the flowers. This card uses Freshly Made Sketches #428. And bonus, this weekend Splitcoaststampers is having their Virtual Stamp Night event, and this card qualifies for challenge MAR20VSNB, Bouquet of Flowers.
Stamps: Timeless Tulips; Paper: Rich Razzleberry, Whisper White, Peaceful Poppies DSP, Paper Bag; Ink: Crushed Curry, Old Olive, Rich Razzleberry, Versamark; Accessories: Peaceful Poppies Sequins, Whisper White Crinkled Seam Binding, White Embossing Powder, Tulip Builder Punch, Subtle Embossing Folder, 3-1/2" Circle Die, Rectangle Stitched Dies, Die-Cutting Machine, Dimensionals.
ICYMI, here's a previous card I've created with Timeless Tulips.
Hop on over to Cindy Elam's blog to see what amazing creations she has put together with this week's set.
Sale-a-Bration ends March 31 -- It's your last chance to grab those items before they are gone for good!
