Father's Day is around the corner, so this week's
Sunday Stamps challenge focuses on a masculine color combination. I really love the manly graphics for this challenge, so I used the photo to help drive my card.
What's a perfect Father's Day activity? Well
Brad Paisley and my husband would agree it would be fishing.
I stretched this week's colors a little bit to pull in some upcoming new In Colors. The background watercoloring uses Pretty Peacock, but as you can see, there are a lot of blue undertones in that color.
Here's this week's color combination; use a minimum of 3 colors and a neutral of your choice.
Stamps: Best Catch, May 2016 Paper Pumpkin Many Manly Occasions; Paper: Rococo Rose, Pretty Peacock, Crumb Cake, Very Vanilla, Typeset DSP, Watercolor Paper; Ink: Rococo Rose, Pretty Peacock, Seaside Spray, Crumb Cake, Basic Black; Accessories: Linen Thread, Aquapainter, Pinewood Planks Embossing Folder, Catch of the Day Dies, Stitched Shapes Dies, Die-Cutting Machine, Dimensionals.
