Welcome to this week's color challenge at
Sunday Stamps! Here in New York, spring is in the air!! Blossoms are popping, and the yards will be full of color in no time!
I pulled out a basic staple technique of stamping,
masking, for this stamp set. I stamped the jar outline on both Whisper White CS and acetate, and then aligned and die-cut both layers together. The layers were glued by applying a little bit of Fine-Tip Glue Pen under where the baker's twine lies. I used the sketch from Freshly Made Sketches #382.
Here is this week's color combination; use a minimum of 3 colors and a neutral of your choice.
Stamps: Sweetest Thing; Paper; Granny Apple Green, Gorgeous Grape, Whisper White, How Sweet It Is DSP, Acetate, Vellum; Ink: Crushed Curry, Mango Melody, Granny Apple Green, Gorgeous Grape, Basic Black; Accessories: Gorgeous Grape Striped Ribbon, Lucky Limeade Baker's Twine, Banner Punch, Aquapainter, Stitched Shapes Dies, Jar of Sweets Dies, Die-Cutting Machine, Dimensionals.
