Stampin' Up! Painter's Palette
When I saw the Playful Palette patterned paper, I thought of my little sis. She was a teenager during that 80's paint splatter era. So of course I had to use this to make her a birthday card.
Do you recognize the layout? It is just a catalog sample with the paper swapped out. Why make it hard on yourself when they have so many lovely samples designed right there for you?
