When creating an inlaid die-cut card, make sure to work from the background to the foreground, and save all those little pieces! It's a bit of a challenge to avoid the "outer ring" impressions left by the dies on the card base. A couple of hints:
- I die-cut the heart from the backside to avoid the indentation on the front of the card.
- I layered both wax paper and dryer sheet between the "you" die and the card stock to minimize the indent.
Here's your Mashup Challenge:
- Create a project with the Sketch.
- Create a project with Inlaid Die Cutting. (Video Here)
- or Mash it Up! and create a project with the Sketch and inlaid die cutting.
