FM226 {Heart} You

We have a fun sketch and technique, inlaid die cutting, for this week's Friday Mashup challenge.

When creating an inlaid die-cut card, make sure to work from the background to the foreground, and save all those little pieces!  It's a bit of a challenge to avoid the "outer ring" impressions left by the dies on the card base.  A couple of hints:
  • I die-cut the heart from the backside to avoid the indentation on the front of the card. 
  • I layered both wax paper and dryer sheet between the "you" die and the card stock to minimize the indent.
