Technique Tuesday: Bokeh Background & Weekly Deals

Here's another card and technique page set we made at Technique Class.

I've done several bokeh cards with various color combinations.  For something new, I went to pinterest and grabbed what I thought was the prettiest background using Stampin' Up items --> this one by Shannon Lane.  Aren't the colors so pretty and warm?
