FM173 Welcome Back to School!

Cindy has come up with a fun back-to-school challenge for us at the Friday Mashup.  I went to Pinterest for some inspiration, since we are not quite ready to think about school yet in New York.  I found Becky Roberts's chalkboard card and went from there.

I decided to use my daughter's colors from Arthur S. May elementary school (maroon and gold).  I've attended more schools than I care to recall, so better to focus on the current little student in the house.  I found some old patterned paper with close enough colors.  :)

Here's your Mashup Challenge:

  • Create a project with " a School theme".
  • Create a project with "Your School Colors".
  • or Mash it Up! and create a "School themed project with your school's colors".
Stamps: Perfectly Preserved, Four You, Hardwood BG, Woodgrain BG; Paper: Soft Suede, Basic Black, Very Vanilla, Whisper White, Orchard Harvest DSP; Ink: Raspberry Ripple, Old Olive, Early Espresso, Soft Suede, Whisper White Craft, Versamark, Chocolate Chip marker; Accessories: Banner punch, Slot punch, White EP, Sponges, Cannery Set framelits, Big Shot, Sewing machine, Thread.
