FM154 Scattered Embossing Spring Fever

Time for another Friday Mashup challenge.

Here's your Mashup Challenge:

1. Create a project using the "Scattered Embossing Technique".
2. Create a project with "Spring Colors or a Theme".
3. Or Mash it up and create a "Spring project with the Scattered Embossing Technique".

The Retro Sketch #107 looked like a fun frame layout for the Happy Watercolor flower.  After stamping, I laid the card stock and embossing folder against the window to emboss a few random dots, reminiscent of the dot image in the set.

This card also uses CAS - Colours and Sketches #66.
