Make & Takes: You're Amazing

Hi Everyone, First I wanted to share a closer picture of all the swag.  I'm always so impressed with the amount of schtuff we come home with.

I'm going to have to break up the make & take posts by stamp set.  I know.... awwww!  There's a lot here, a lot of mounting, a lot of stamping.  And I'm going to take some creative license on these first projects, which also takes more time.

I couldn't wait to get my hands on this stamp set.  I love it!  The vintage circus look really appeals to me.  I'm going to be using it more.

How cute are these little tickets?  You know you have to have the matching punch to go with them!  I think this is my favorite card of the make & takes.

For the next project, they gave us the divided scrapbook page to decorate.  That wasn't quite working for me, so I changed the supplies into some stand-alone projects.  First, here's what I was suppose to make.

And what I really did make.... a little pocket scrapbook, closed...

and opened.  I left the front plain to focus on the wonderful pattern and texture from the Natural Composition specialty DSP.

I added a Daffodil Delight base to make this panel into a card.

Another panel-turned-card.

And this last card, I basically used whatever scraps were left on my desk plus a More Mustard card base.

It was pretty fun to take some of the ideas and the supplies and play along with a "limited supply challenge" to come up with something new.  Hope you liked it!  Thanks for stopping by!
