Welcome to another challenge from SU Only Challenges! Today we are making Mother's Day cards. I was under the weather yesterday, and my post is late. I went to lay down at 4pm yesterday, and never got back up. Sorry! And I've got to take Little J to an Easter egg hunt this morning. Rushing, rushing...
I finally broke down and purchased the Easter Blossoms set. Don't forget this set is only available through April 3o! And I love this Springtime Vintage paper. Why haven't I used it more? It reminds me of my maternal grandmother.
This card is based on this week's Mojo Monday.
A shot of my hurried watercoloring. And boy was my bow giving me trouble! Start to finish, 1-1/2 hours. What do you think?
Stamps: Easter Blossoms, Something to Celebrate; Paper: Rose Red, Crumb Cake, Baja Breese, Very Vanilla, Springtime Vintage DSP; Ink: Rose Red, Black Stazon, Early Espresso marker; Accessories: Aquapainter, Baja Breeze seam binding, 3" Circle die, Petal Cone die, Big Shot, Sewing machine, Thread.
Thanks for stopping by!

I love pink and brown (soft suede?) together - looks perfect for the card. Your stitches are perfect too!

Love the stitching on this card! Sorry to hear that the bow wasn't working for you. Looks like you won in the end!
