SSC358 Changing Leaves Pocket Card

Hey y'all, Time for another Sunday Stamps challenge.  This week's sketch reminded me of a classic pocket card.  I combined that with an idea Stampin' Up posted recently using the newer two-tone card stock.

This was a great opportunity to use some new In Color card stock colors, plus play with retiring Changing Leaves embossing folder & dies.

The two-tone card stock has coordinating shades of either side of the paper, plus a white core.  This lends itself to some fun techniques, such as sanding that I used on my card.  See this post for more ideas.

Here is this week's sketch by Deb.

Stamps: Wonderful Thoughts; Paper: Strawberry Slush, Timid Tiger, Darling Duckling, Granny Apple Green Two-Tone, Garden Green, Basic Black, Very Vanilla, Vellum; Ink: Strawberry Slush, Peach Parfait, Versamark; Accessories: Earth Tones Shimmer Gems, Natural Tones Linen Thread, White Embossing Powder, Sanding Block, Scattered Sequins EF, Changing Leaves EF & Dies, Die-Cutting Machine, Dimensionals.
