Stampin' Up! Tulip Fields

Hi All!  Tonight we have our virtual downline meeting.  We meet to put some card kits together, swap Sale-a-Bration cards, and discuss business.  But let's face it, it's just fun to stamp together, even virtually.

I chose to use Tulip Fields from the Jan-Jun Mini Catalog.  How could I not get this set with Hubs being Dutch and all?

Stamping the tulip fields was challenging.  The triangles were giving me all kinds of trouble with free-hand stamping.  My husband measured the angle and created a half circle I could print as a guide.  I'll illustrate here on copy paper.

I lighted attached the card stock to the horizonal "horizon" line on the guide, lining up the center of the card stock with the center of the circle.

Stamp the horizon pieces first, then the center most triangle.

Fill in the rest of the tulip fields from there, using the "pie" lines as a guide to center each triangle.

You can download the guide HERE.  P.S. If you find this document helpful, can you leave a comment below?  Thanks!

A beautiful card. Thanks for the chart. I would have never figured it out.
