I've been wanting to show my stamp club ladies the fun Stampin' Spritzer (#126185, $2.95). What a fabulous way to create a subtle background!
Just add a few drops of reinker to water in the spritzer, mask the background with a die-cut, and spray. And you can't go wrong with the fun banners for a Valentine's Day card.
