MDS Hybrid Challenge Card

Morning Everyone, I am starting to utilize the options on my My Digital Studio (MDS) more to combine with traditional stamping. I downloaded this stamp image in MDS, which is a demo-only image, and printed on cardstock. The main image background is Regal Rose, set to 30% opacity, along with Presto Patterns Overlays. I used this main image as a starting point for the Pals Paper Arts challenge.

The color combo reminded me of the retired Raspberry Tart DSP, so I went with that. I've been on a "using up my old DSP" kick lately. I also gave the Mojo Monday sketch a try.

Well, I was running low on brads, so I thought I would sew instead. Since the main image was quite large, and already included a sentiment, I used an accent flower instead of another stamped image.

Stamps: Love What You Do (MDS), Presto Patterns Overlays (MDS); Paper: Early Espresso, Regal Rose, Kiwi Kiss, Raspberry Tart DSP; Ink: Kiwi Kiss, Regal Rose, Whisper White (MDS); Accessories: Regal Rose ribbon, Little Leaves die, Big Shot, Sewing machine, Thread.
Thanks for stopping by!

A beautiful card, using a fabulous image and one of my favorite DSPs. Your card lifts my spirits on this bitter cold day!

This is fabulous! I love the hybrid idea. That ribbon flower is the perfect accents for that DSP, which was also one of my favorites. Great job on both challenges!!
